Confirm that your label says G3 X. React Health also makes Luna G3 devices; their videos and instructions are not automatically interchangeable with G3 X.
Use the G3 X user manual
Open React Health's G3 X page below and select G3 X User Manual under Documents. Keep it available when setting up or cleaning your device.
Work through your setup
- Identify the water chamber, tubing, mask, and power connections using the manual.
- Follow its water-filling and assembly directions; do not fill above the marked maximum.
- Review the patient controls for humidification, heated tubing, and ramp with your Medigy setup tech.
- Use the cleaning instructions for each component and the separate guide supplied with your mask.
Reports and troubleshooting
Contact your care team for compliance reports, treatment changes, or device troubleshooting. Have the exact model and any on-screen message ready.
